1. How do I have access to my accounts?

  • Use the online banking feature or the mobile app
    • Download the app from your Apple or Android store
  • Use a Shared Branch drive-through teller; most branches are closed to walk-in traffic

 2. How do I make a cash withdrawal?

  • Use your VISA debit card at an ATM; a fee may apply
  • Use your debit card to make a payment at retailer and request cash back
  • Visit a Shared Branch drive-through teller; most branches are closed to walk-in traffic

3. How do I get a loan?

  • Obtain and complete a loan application
  • Submit the application and a pay stub to loan officer John Middleton by U.S. mail or email.

4. How will I get my loan funds?

  • By check via U.S. mail
  • By wire transfer to the automobile dealer for purchases
  • By ACH transfer to your preferred account for personal loans

5. How do I make a cash deposit?

6. How do I deposit a check?

  • Mail it to the credit union
  • Use the free 1st Cooperative mobile app.
    • Download the app from your Apple or Android store

7. How do I make my credit card or loan payment?

  • Mail check to the credit union
  • Use the online banking feature to transfer from your 1st Cooperative savings or checking account to your 1st Cooperative loan or credit card
  • Setup ACH transfers as payment method when you apply for a loan.
  • For credit cards, set up ACH payments in the online banking feature at 1stCooperative.com, or mail a check to the address on your bill.
  • Use the mobile app to make a deposit to your 1st Cooperative savings or checking account. Once the check is deposited to your account, use online banking to transfer your payment

8. How can I transfer funds from my 1st Cooperative savings or checking account to another financial institution or vice versa?

  • Wire transfer
  • ACH transfer. If you have not already done so, email us to request an “Authorize ACH Transfers” form.

9. Are my funds safe?

Funds deposited in your credit union are federally insured by a fund backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. government. As the FDIC does for banks, the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF) insures savings of at least up to $250,000 per individual depositor. The NCUSIF is administered by the National Credit Union Administration, an agency of the federal government.
